Product Information
K Zn liquid mixed metal stabilizer is a Potassium-Zinc stabilizer used as PVC heat stabilizer and as an activator (or " Kicker ") for blowing agent used in making the foamed layer in numbers of plastisol application. It is formulated to provide excellent early color retention and foam fine cell structure.
It is a pale transparent liquid with great thermal stability and stimulative foamability. It is free of any toxic heavy metal. It is widely used in foamed fabric coating, cushion flooring, and framed wallpapers. As a catalyst, it substantially reduces the temperature required to activate the blowing agent. It can be used alone in combination with another heat stabilizer.
