Transparent Yellow Liquid Calcium Zinc PVC Stabilizer For Cling Films

Non-toxic Ca/Zn heat stabilizer, transparent yellow liquid. The product has good thermal stability, transparency, and weather resistance, and can be used with epoxy resin with a multiplier effect. Widely used in the production of soft, semi-rigid PVC food, pharmaceutical packaging materials and film cloth, leather coating, color paste, medical gloves, and so on.

It is a liquid PVC stabilizer and should be handled with normal precautions used in good industrial practices. Store in a cool and dry area. Indoor storage is recommendable.

Characteristics

1.Good heat stability and lubricity for general PVC sheet and film.
2.Good initial color and transparency.
3.Can be used for flexible and semi-rigid sheets / transparent, translucent, and opaque sheet.

4.Unnecessary to use lubricants or metallic soaps.
5.Good synergistic effects are obtained by using an epoxy plasticizer.
6.Suitable for PVC calendaring with good dynamic heat stability.
