Baisha BS-301, a clear liquid Potassium-Zinc heat stabilizer, is specially developed by the Baisha R&D team for coating and processing foamed products. BS-301, the general-purpose product, not only has excellent thermal stability, lubricity, and outstanding coloring. More importantly, this Potassium-Zinc heat stabilizer has a high foaming rate, which can make the product have fine and dense cells. Especially suitable for PVC foam products such as yoga mats, wallpapers, foot mats, etc. It is used in making the foamed layer in numbers of plastisol application. As a catalyst it substantially reduces the temperature required to activate the blowing agent. It can be used alone as in combination with other heat stabilizer.
