What is the warranty for your products?
We have two quality products, the guarantee for good one is 3 years and for cheap one is 1 year, during warranty time, any bulbs problem, we will replace it in the next order
What is the lead time?
For samples 3-7 days and for mass production, 20-25 days
Is it ok to use our design in the packing ?
Yes, if the qty reach MOQ, it is ok to use your packing design
How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
