Description:

This product is a new type of water resistant agent, it can greatly improve the improvement of coated paper wet rubbing, dry and wet drawing printing. It can react with synthetic adhesive, modified starch, CMC and the height of the water resistance. This product has a wide PH range, small dosage, nontoxic, etc.

Properties:

1.It has no ammonia smell, preparation of coating rheological property is better, more stable, the plane will cure.

2.It can obviously improve the water resistant performance of paper.
3.It can effectively reduce the printing spots.
4.It can obviously improve the wet ink fixed on performance.
5.It can reduce or effectively solve the problem of printing ink sticky dirty.
6.It can improve or effectively solve the problem of coating layer of bubbles.

Application:

1. The addition point is at the end of production.

2. The PH value of paint is 8.0-10.0.

3. The dosage is 0.2-0.8% of the dry paint.

Packaging and Storage:

1. 1000kg or 250kg plastic drum.

2. Prevent from exposure to the sun, copper ions and strong acids.

3. Recommended storage temperature is 5-35°C, and the shelf life is 6 months.
