As a fully soluble cationic quaternary ammonium polymer, PolyDADMAC carries potent cationic and adsorbent functional groups. These characteristics help it to destabilize and coagulate suspended solids and negatively charged substances in wastewater through electrostatic neutralization and bridging, leading to improvements in flocculation, decolorization, algae control, and organic removal.
It is used as a flocculant, decolorizing agent, and dewatering agent for the treatment of drinking, raw, and wastewater. Furthermore, it works as a fungicide in textile printing and dyeing, and as a softener, antistatic agent, conditioner, and color fixative. Additionally, it is applied as a surface-active agent in various chemical industries.
The product can be mixed evenly and continuously with the wastewater treatment system after being diluted in any ratio, or added directly to the wastewater after a 5-20 times dilution, then stirred and settled.
For various water and sewage sources, the required dosage depends on the turbidity and concentration, and the ideal dosage can be determined through small-scale trials.
Proper selection of dosing points and stirring speed is necessary to ensure the material is mixed evenly without damaging the flocs.
Packaging Details:The product is packed 200kg net in plastic drum or 1000kg net in IBC.

Shelf life: 24 months
The product may cause irritation to the eyes and skin. It is recommended to wear rubber gloves, goggles, and protective clothing when handling it. Spilled polymer can create slippery surfaces and should be immediately rinsed away with water.
