A quaternary ammonium cationic copolymer based on dicyandiamide formaldehyde resin, the Water Decoloring Agent is highly effective in decolorizing, flocculating, and reducing chemical oxygen demand (COD).

1. This agent is used to treat wastewater with high color from dyestuff factories, particularly when the wastewater contains activated, acidic, and disperse dyes.

2. The product is effective in treating wastewater from the textile, dyeing, pigment, printing ink, and paper industries.

3. It can be used in the paper and pulp industry to improve retention during production.

Concentration and viscosity of solution can be customized according to customers’ needs.

1. The product should be diluted with water at a ratio of 10 to 40 times and then added directly to the wastewater. Stir for a few minutes, and the clear water will be separated through precipitation or air flotation.

2. The pH level of the wastewater should be maintained between 6 and 10 for optimal treatment.

3. To optimize cost-efficiency, this product should be used together with inorganic flocculants for treating high-color, high-COD effluents. The dosing order and proportions must be determined by conducting flocculation tests and considering the effluent treatment process.

4. At colder temperatures, the product might show separation into layers and a white color, but this does not impact its usability once mixed properly.

1) The product is packed 250kg net in plastic drum or 1250kg net in IBC.

2) This product is common chemical and should be stored at room temperature. Do not expose it to direct sunlight. It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5-30 ℃.
