AKD emulsion is a cationic reactive sizing agent engineered for direct application in neutral pH papermaking systems. It delivers superior water repellency, resistance to acid/alkaline solution penetration, and improved edge penetration resistance in paper substrates.

Process Control

Maintain pulp pH within 8.0-8.5 throughout the sizing process.

Packed in plastic drum, 200 Kg or 1000Kg each, or 23tons/flexibag.
Storage temperature should be 4- 30℃.
