This water treatment agent is a quaternary ammonium cationic copolymer made from dicyandiamide formaldehyde resin, delivering excellent results in the decolorization process, flocculation, and removal of COD.

Concentration and viscosity of solution can be customized according to customers’ needs.

The product is highly effective for decolorizing effluents with high color concentration from dyeing plants, particularly those containing activated, acidic, and disperse dyes.

It is also suitable for the treatment of wastewater from various industries, including textiles, dye houses, the pigment industry, ink printing, and paper manufacturing.

This product can also be applied as a retention aid in the paper and pulp production process.

1. Mix the product with 10-40 times its volume of water, and add it directly to the wastewater. After stirring for a few minutes, clear water will be obtained by precipitation or air flotation.

2. For the treatment process to work efficiently, the pH of the wastewater should be between 6 and 10.

3. This product should be combined with inorganic flocculants to treat effluents with high color and COD, offering a cost-effective solution. The exact dosage and order of use will depend on flocculation testing and the overall treatment process.

4. The product could separate and appear white at lower temperatures, but mixing it back together does not affect its functionality.

1) The product is packed 250kg net in plastic drum or 1250kg net in IBC.

2) This product is common chemical and should be stored at room temperature. Do not expose it to direct sunlight. It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5-30 ℃.
