Usage Instructions
- Dilute product with 10-40 times water before adding to wastewater
- Stir for several minutes to allow flocculation and settling
- For optimal results, use with PAC/PAS/activated carbon or other inorganic flocculants
- Adjust wastewater pH to 7-10 (optimal at 8) for improved treatment efficiency
- Recommended dosage: 20-500PPM (depending on sewage quality)
Application Notes
This cyanide removal agent is particularly effective for deep treatment of coking wastewater. It dissolves easily in water without corroding pipeline equipment and achieves high removal rates for chroma, SS, COD and BOD in coking wastewater. While biological treatment is common in the industry, coking wastewater's complex composition and poor biodegradability often result in dark brown discharge requiring decolorization. Our product offers a more efficient alternative to traditional activated carbon methods.
