Application Methods:
| 1 | Make BWD-01 solution, mix with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution for use. |
| 2 | Make PAC solution, 2-5% Al2O3 |
| 3 | Make solution of Anionic Polyelectrolyte, 0.1%. |
| 4 | Prepare the effluent, test pH value, adjust pH value to 8-9.(It is very important, higher or lower pH, BWD-01 works not well) |
| 5 | Add PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
| 6 | Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
| 7 | Add small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution, mix slowly to have big floc. (this step is suggestion) |
| 8 | Sedimentation |
| 9 | Check color for treated effluent |
| 10 | Adjust dosage of BWD-01 and PAC to do more test to have better testing result. |
Application case:
| A. When have biological treatment first and after they make chemical treatment. | B. When the treat first by chemicals, then the usual dosages are: |
| 1. | Test and adjustment the pH of the effluent to 8-9 |
| 2. | First we apply the PAC (contact time 3-5 min with the waste water), after then LSD-01 Water Decoloring Agent (contact time 5-10 min), and after then anionic polyacrylamide. |
| 3. | It will give too much economy if we'll adjust the pH 8-9, otherwise the consumption of LSD-01 will be ~20% higher. |

1.Packed in 30kgs, 50kgs, 250kgs net plastic drums and 1250kgs net IBC drums, or others according to the requirements of clients.
2.Suggested to store in room temperature, would show slightly stratification or appear white at low temperature, cannot be placed in the sun.
