Applications:
| 1 The product can enhance the fastness to wet rubbing of reactive dye, direct dye, reactive turquoise blue and dyeing or printing materials. 2 It can enhance the fastness to soaping, laundering perspiration, crocking, ironing and light of reactive dye or printing materials. 3 It has no influence on the brilliance of dyeing materials and colored light, which is propitious to the production of staining products in accurate accordance with the standard sample. |
Method of application:

After dyeing, the soaped shell fabric is treated with this product under the pH 5.5-6.5 and temperature of 50-70 for 15-20minutes. Pay attention to heat up gradually after adding the fixative before heating up for the use with non-ionic and cationic softener together in one-bath in later process.tion: Technological parameter: Dosage of fixing agent: 0.5%-2%(o.w.f); Temperature of fixation: 45-60 ℃; Time: 20-30min; PH: 6-7 Technoligical flow: dyeing-watering-soap boilling-watering-fixation- watering-machining |
