This is a kind of newly developed dry strength agent, which is a copolymer of acrylamide and acrylic, it is a kind of dry strength agent with amphoteric combo, it can enhance the hydrogen bonding energy of the fibers under the acid and alkaline environment, greatly improve the dry strength of paper (ring crush compression resistance and bursting strength). Simultaneously, it has more function of retention and sizing effect improving.
Usage method:
Dilution ratio: LSD-15/20 and water on 1:20-40, it may be added into the middle of stock proportioner and machine chest, it may also be continuously added with metering pump in the high level tank. Adding quantity is 0.5-2.0% (generally speaking, is 0.75-1.5%, virgin pulp (oven dry stock), adding concentration is 0.5-1%.

Storage:
Normally to be kept under sunshade to avoid direct sunlight, and it should be kept away from strong acid. Storage temperature: 4-25℃.

Application
1 When diluted with clean water, the dilution multiples of our product is generally about 15 to 30 times. After the product was stirred sufficiently, add uniformly to the slurry in an amount of 5 ~ 10 kg / ton.
2 Adding position that selected could have a full contact with the slurry. Generally choose ingredients pool, high box or import pump.
3 Use a plastic or stainless steel as the material for products storage, dilution tank, piping etc.. Iron-based material will produce corrosion and thickening phenomenon will occur.
4 Do not mix with other chemicals.
