HQ92 series are made by solid granulation and micro-powder. We studied a special powder which makes microcrystalline structure showing seashell texture for our balls, process 50mm, 60mm by pressing machine which we devise by ourselves, rolling technology for 40mm, 30mm, 25mm, 20mm,15mm,10 mm and so on. Fired at high temperature in the tunnel kiln more than 80 hours. That makes more regular shape before and after use in ball mill. The secret of lower wear resistance is the material and process.
