PID Control Electric Lab Muffle Furnace Main Function & Features:
1) 1400C electric lab muffle furnace adopted high quality alumina polycrystalline fiber, which used Japanese technology (vac-sorb forming alumina polycrystalline fiber) with good insulation and durability properties, high tensile strength and no miscellaneous ball; Chamber surface coated with imported 1700 degree high temperature resistant heat insulation coating, it can improve the reflectivity and the heat efficiency of furnace, and prolong the service life of furnace. So this furnace much more energy saving than the furnace use common fiber materials.
2) Electric lab muffle furnace with high quality SiC rod as heating elements, high heating efficiency,greatly improving the service life.
3) Electric lab muffle furnace with assembling structure, through strict computation, durable to use, does not collapse; equipped with breathing holes, can reduce shrinkage of furnace chamber and prolong the service life.
4) Side open type furnace door, open the door power will be cut off automatically.
