1) Muffle chamber furnace adopted high quality alumina polycrystalline fiber, which used Japanese technology (vac-sorb forming alumina polycrystalline fiber) with good insulation and durability properties, high tensile strength and no miscellaneous ball; Chamber surface coated with imported 1700 degree high temperature resistant heat insulation coating, it can improve the reflectivity and the heat efficiency of furnace, and prolong the service life of furnace. So this furnace much more energy saving than the furnace use common fiber materials.
