Vacuum tube furnace application:

SP tube muffle furnace mainly used in chemical analysis, physical decomposition and synthesis,superhard materials (such as ceramic), Rare and precious metal smelting and purification,metal heat treatment of sintering process research and other scientific experiments. Universities and colleges, scientific research institutes, medical and health, petroleum chemical industry, mining enterprise, quality and technology supervision agencies, and other units laboratory, laboratory are the use of such equipment.

 

High temperature tube furnace used to produce a large number of nano carbon materials, such as, Carbon nanotube powder, carbon nano tube film and directional carbon nano tubes, etc. It can also be used vacuum sintering, atmosphere protective sintering, nano material production,

 

 

Vacuum tube furnace specification :

1. chamber size :from OD40*300mm(L) to OD200*1000mm;The OD of furnace tube for 1700C furnace can only up to 100mm.

2. operation temperature:100C to 1600.C .Max temperature : 1700.C

3. thermal insulation material: 1800ceramic fiber board which is made of high purity alumina fibers and alumina powder to be formed and fired in special equipment.

4. heating element :Resistance wire for 1200.C furnace ,SiC rod for 1400.C furnace ;MoSi2 rod heating elment for 1500-1800.C furnace .

5. Temperature measuring instrument :K type thermocouple for 1200.C furnace; S type thermocouple for 1400.C furnace ; B type thermocouple for 1500-1700.C furnace .
