Electric furnace function :
1. The furnace structure has the furnace shell, lining, furnace cover, furnace tank (graphite crucible or cast steel crucible), heating components, temperature control system.
2. The lining is made of ultra-lightweight high-alumina refractory brick as a furnace chamber. Insulation layer with aluminum silicate refractory fiber attached, filled with diatomaceous earth (or vermiculite powder) material. Good in the insulation performance.
3. Intelligent digital display works. It has functions of setting temperature, correction, digital display, control, over-temperature alarm device and the over-temperature sound and light alarm. It makes sure the accuracy and stability of the control system.
4. Can be designed for the tilt, there are manual tilt and electric tilt two models.
5.The heating element is made of 0Cr25Al5 alloy wire, spirally wound, placed on the wire brick around the furnace, and fixed with a custom socket to prevent falling off.
6.The furnace cover is also welded by steel and has a long service life. The lining of the furnace cover is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber for heat insulation and heat preservation, which can improve the heat preservation performance of the furnace cover, prevent heat dissipation, and reduce the weight of the furnace cover
