HCeramic Insulation Muffle Furnace introduction:
1. 1200°C,1400°C,1700°C maximum operating temperature.
2. High purity fibrous alumina insulation for maximum energy saving .
3. Heating elements on all three sides of interior chamber for fast heating and enhanced temperature uniformity.
4. Double layer steel structure with air cooling fan to keep furnace's exteriors safe to touch.
5. Safty interlock will automatic power off the furnace when door is opened.
6. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SC R(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
7. Power control with 30 segments programmable.
Ceramic Insulation Muffle Furnace function :
Muffle chamber furnace adopted high quality alumina polycrystalline fiber, which used Japanese technology (vac-sorb forming alumina polycrystalline fiber) with good insulation and durability properties, high tensile strength and no miscellaneous ball; Chamber surface coated with imported 1700 degree high temperature resistant heat insulation coating, it can improve the reflectivity and the heat efficiency of furnace, and prolong the service life of furnace. So this furnace much more energy saving than the furnace use common fiber materials.

Packing and shipping :
Muffle furnaces are covered with polyfoam/sponge before put them into the plywood carton,which not only has good shock absorption, impact resistance and nontoxic, odorless, moisture corrosion etc.
