The induction intermediate frequency stainless steel produce furnace is composed of an intermediate frequency power supply cabinet, a compensation capacitor bank, a steel shell (aluminum shell) furnace body, a yoke and water-cooled cables, a hydraulic station, and a furnace tilting control box. It is mainly used for smelting steel, iron, copper, aluminum and alloys. It has the characteristics of high melting efficiency, good power saving effect, uniform metal composition, low burning loss, fast temperature rise, and easy temperature control. It is suitable for various metal smelting occasions.

Small induction melting furnace will be packed by standard plywood case for exporting ;

Suppose your order is of big volume or 1pc furnace with large capacity, the products will be delivered by 20GP or 40GP container. Top open container is optional as well.

Warranty

• Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Across International will, at its sole options, replace any components that fail in normal use. Such replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.
• This warranty does not cover consumables and failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairs.
