KSF Flaskless Horizontal Squeezing Moulding line uses shooting sand charge and sand squeezing method. The sand molds are flask jacket and weight pressed.
The line is easily operated with quick core setting and higher automation. It is widely used for volume production of small size castings. The line are constructed with molding machine,sand conveyor, slip flask and weight handling machine, sand mold propeling device, synchronous cooling belt, and pouring machine.etc.
