Flask is the important technology equipment for automatic or semi-automatic moulding line.

Flask  material is QT500 and HT250.. Castings will be produced by resin sand process.We can manufacture different size of flask , according to drawings,dimensional and technical specification of customers.

We use advanced CNC machine and dimensional inspect with CMM  machine to ensure the flask high precision and good interchangeability.

packing of flask and pallet car will also be strictly controlled and inspected. The inner cavity of the flask and the external four corners of the pallet car  are supported with four steel bars, and the lower base is supported by a solid iron seat. At the same time, the surface of the flask and pallet car are painted with rust preventing oil,to ensure the appearance of the flask and pallet car. Also, each one is packed with wooden splits, and then wrapped around the surface with plastic film to ensure the packing of them are firm ,stable and dust-proof. Avoid the impact of them caused by the transport rocking.
