30%Melamine Urea Formaldehyde Resin Powder Insoluble In Water
30% Melamine Urea Formaldehyde Resin Powder is a UMC modified amino thermosetting moulding compound with 30% melamine content. This fine white powder is insoluble in water and adopts a melamine-urea-formaldehyde co-polymerized formula. Compared with pure urea moulding powder, it improves water resistance, surface hardness and anti-yellowing performance.
Under hot compression molding, it melts and fills mold cavity evenly, curing into rigid finished goods. This cost-effective raw material is ideal for mass-producing mid-grade imitation-ceramic melamine tableware. We are a one-stop supplier providing melamine raw materials, full-set production machines and finished melamine tableware.

- 30% Melamine Modified Formula: Enhanced water-resistance, hardness and anti-aging properties compared to ordinary pure-urea powder
- Insoluble In Water: Cured products resist water soaking, preventing swelling and deformation for daily dish-washing scenarios
- Cost-Effective Solution: Excellent comprehensive performance with competitive pricing for large-volume factory production
- Stable Molding Fluidity: Smooth melt flow reduces bubbles, short-shots and surface defects, lowering reject rates
- Customizable Color System: Supports various solid colors for diversified tableware styles
- Food-Contact Available: Non-toxic, odor-free formulation suitable for household, hotel and catering tableware production
- 30% melamine-urea-formaldehyde co-polymer resin matrix
- Alpha-cellulose reinforcing filler
- High-efficiency curing agent & internal lubricant
- Anti-yellowing & water-resistant functional auxiliaries
- Food-safe color pigments for color customization
