Our High-Gloss Melamine Glazing Powder LG Series is a micronized, food-grade melamine-formaldehyde resin engineered for compression coating on melamine, urea and MF/UF composite tableware. The powder melts uniformly to create a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant layer that survives 1,000+ commercial dishwasher cycles without haze or staining.

Recommended Process  
1. Pre-dry 80 °C for 20 min if humidity > 60 %.  
2. Apply 0.3–0.5 mm layer over pre-formed plastic article.  
3. Cure 15–20 s under standard compression conditions.  
4. Cool to 50 °C before demolding for high-gloss finish.
