Why choose our A1 UMC raw material for your tableware production line?
- Porcelain-Like Elegance: Finished products exhibit a high surface hardness, brilliant gloss, and a smooth touch that perfectly mimics real ceramic.
- Eco-Friendly & Safe: Formulated to meet food-contact safety standards, ensuring no harmful migration when used for disposable or short-term catering tableware.
- Excellent Processability: Features optimal fluidity and low shrinkage rates, reducing defect rates in high-speed compression moulding machines.
- Vibrant Color Customization: Available in a wide spectrum of colors (White, Pastel, Cream, and vibrant custom shades) with excellent color stability that resists fading.
- High Durability: Offers good resistance to weak acids, alkalis, oils, and electrical arc tracking.
This thermosetting raw material is highly versatile and widely used in the compression moulding industry for:
- Plates, bowls, saucers, and serving trays for fast-food chains and restaurants
- Chopsticks, spoons, and forks
- Heat-insulated handles for pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Salad bowls and structural kitchen components
- High-grade clothing buttons, bottle caps, and cosmetic container lids
- Electrical switch plates and domestic fittings
For optimal product quality, we recommend the following processing conditions during compression moulding:
- Preheating: Preheating the powder to 70°C - 80°C via high-frequency preheaters is highly recommended to shorten the curing cycle and eliminate surface gas marks.
- Mould Temperature: Maintain the upper and lower moulds between 145°C - 155°C.
- Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from moisture, direct sunlight, and heat sources. The recommended storage life is 6 months from the production date.
- Standard Packing: 25 kg net weight per woven bag/kraft paper bag with an inner PE moisture-proof liner.
- Loading Capacity: 20-22 Metric Tons (MT) per 20ft FCL container without pallets; 18 MT with pallets.
- Lead Time: 7-14 days depending on custom color matching requirements.
