Molding conditions (reference)
Mold temperature: 150-180℃
Pressure: 25-40Mpa
Curing time: 0.24-0.3min/mm
Packing: 25kg bag in plastic coated woven bag lined with 1-2 layers of plastic film bag.
Storage: Store in a ventilated, dry and cool room.
Storage period: 6 months from manufacture. If the expiry date is exceeded, performance appraisal should be performed, and qualified ones can still be used.
Transportation: Avoid moisture, heat, contamination and damage to the packaging.
