Melamine Moulding Compound Powder are suitable for both compression molding and are available in fine powder forms
- Melamine Moulding Compound finished wares with surface hardness unsurpassed by any other plastics. Molded parts have excellent resistance to abrasion, boiling water, detergents, weak acids and weak alkalis as well as acidic foods and extracts.
- Melamine Moulding Compound is particularly well-suited for molding food contact products, including quality dinnerware for domestic and commercial food service.
- Melamine Moulding Compound molded articles are specifically approved for food contact. Additional applications include Serving Trays, Buttons, Ashtrays, Pharmaceutical Closures, Wiring Devices, Cutlery and Kitchen utensil handles.Adding decorative overlays during the molding cycle can enhance the appearance of the molded articles.
- Melamine Moulding Compound can be supplied in most colours from translucent pastels to black.Moulded parts are free from odour, light stable and have good moisture resistance.Hard and Glossy surface with excellent scratch and chemical resistance. Fats, oils and common organicsolvents like alcohol and solvent do not attack the materials and they are also resistant to surfactants and weak bases. They will also withstand attack from weak acids fro a shorter duration.
Package
- A)Product packaging bag 25kg ± 0.1kg, three composite kraft paper plus laminating polyethylene bag, to prevent moisture contamination.Each bag is marked with a trademark, color number, manufacturing batch number and weight.
- B)25kg in kraft paper bag or plastic knitting bag with inner wet proof plastic bag ,20mt in each 20' FCL.
Storage:
- A) Storage life: 6 months under temperature lower than 30° C
- B) The goods should be stored in a dry, ventilated location. Avoid direct sunshine and moisture
- C) The package should be sealed again immediately once the pack has been opened to avoid moisture
- D) Avoid contact with eyes. Once splashed into eyes, flushed out with plenty of clean water.
