Urea Formaldehyde Molding Compound is one kind of thermosetting materials, which is made of Urea Formaldehyde Resin and Melamine Formaldehyde Resin, and the filling materials of α-fiber element and filling the organic or inorganic materials or other additives. it is widely used in molding electrical appliance, instruments and tableware etc.
Package
- A)Product packaging bag 25kg ± 0.1kg, three composite kraft paper plus laminating polyethylene bag, to prevent moisture contamination. Each bag is marked with a trademark, color number, manufacturing batch number and weight.
- B)25kg in kraft paper bag or plastic knitting bag with inner wet proof plastic bag ,20mt in each 20' FCL.
Storage:
UF powder should be stored in a cool place and well ventilated godown. The resin is hygroscopic, so it should be protected from moisture. Shelf Life under these conditions is at least 12 months. The limiting factor is the viscosity of the resin paste which will increase during storage. The viscosity increases faster at higher temperature.
