Key Components and Features

1. Pointed Nozzle/Spout: The core feature. It is a conical, tapered tip with a very small opening at the end.

2. Orifice Size: The opening can be customized to different diameters to control flow rate, from a fine line to a thicker bead.

3. Cap/Closure: The part that covers and protects the nozzle. This is most commonly a flip-top design for easy one-handed use but can also be a separate screw-on cap.

4. Seal: An internal plug or seal (often on the inside of the flip-top lid) that snaps over the end of the nozzle to create an airtight closure and prevent leaking.

5. Base Skirt: The threaded part that screws onto the bottle neck.

6. Tamper Evidence: Many include a tamper-evident ring or band that breaks on first opening.
