What is a PP Cream Jar?

A PP cream jar is a container specifically designed for storing creams, ointments, balms, and other semi-solid cosmetics or topical products, where the primary material is Polypropylene (PP) plastic.

The term "PP" is the crucial differentiator, as this plastic offers specific properties that make it an excellent choice for many cream-based formulations.

Why is PP Material Used?

Polypropylene (PP) is one of the most popular plastics for cosmetic packaging due to its unique combination of properties:

1. Excellent Chemical Resistance: This is its biggest advantage. PP is highly resistant to a wide range of acids, alkalis, and solvents. It won't degrade or interact with the complex chemical formulas of creams, lotions, and serums, ensuring product integrity.
