40mm 43mm Plastic Foaming Liquid Hand Soap Pump Dispenser Flower Shape for Hand Washing Bottle
The internal structure of a flower-shaped foam pump is typically more complex than that of a regular emulsion pump. Its foaming process can be simplified into the following steps:
1. Liquid Suction: When you press the pump head, the internal piston moves, drawing the liquid product from the bottle into the pump chamber through the suction tube.
2. Air Mixing: During the piston's return or pressing process, a certain amount of air is simultaneously drawn in. The liquid and air are initially mixed in a specific mixing chamber within the pump.
3. Vigorous Agitation and Foaming: The mixed air-liquid mixture is forced through one or more extremely fine mesh structures (foaming screens/filters). This process is similar to high-speed whisking, cutting and breaking down large air bubbles to form extremely fine, uniform foam.
4. Extrusion Molding: These delicate foams are finally extruded through a special flower-shaped channel at the pump head outlet, forming the flower-like foam shape we see.
