Guibao 1061 sealant is available in black.

Packaging Information

Guibao 1061 sealant is supplied in cartridge(net 310ml), or in plastic pail(net 25kg), or in metal pail(net 250kg), or in customized packing.

Storage and Shelf Life

This product should be stored in cool and dry places. Its shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.

 How to Use

Surface Treatment

Keep the surface of substrates dry and clean, without any rust, dust or greasy dirt.

Cleaning solvents include alcohol, acetone etc.

Adhesion

Excellent adhesion to most substrates except PTFE, PE etc.

Extrude sealant with a sealant gun on cleaned surface appropriately and evenly.

If this sealant is extruded into deep section, longer curing time will be expected. If the temperature is low, curing time will also be extended.

Plasma Treatment

For low surface energy material( PP), plasma treatment is required.

Limitations

When the surface temperature of substrates is below 4℃ or above 50℃, it is not suitable for sealant application .

Not suitable for confined spaces, or on surfaces that are continuously immersed in water, should not be used as structural glazing sealant.

Guibao recommends that adhesion test be carried out prior to sealant application.
