Product Description:
Metal structured packing is widely used in many industrial applications, such as absorption and distillation columns and chemical reactors. It is formed from thin corrugated metallic plates or wire gauze, which are arranged and neatly piled in the tower.
Structured packing has many advantages, like large surface area, low pressure drop, uniform fluids, and efficient heat and mass transfer. Metal Tower packings are also assembled by rolling small profile and bellows in metallic sheet surface, providing additional benefits, such as low resistance, uniform distribution of gas-liquid, high efficiency, big flux, and no noticeable enlarging effect.
These features makes metal structured packing ideal for both vacuum and pressure operation.
