Description of Steel Grating
The compound steel grating is a perfect combination of steel bar grating and checkered plate, featuring beautiful appearance and high solidity. When it comes to the manufacture of compound steel bar grating, 3G323/40/100, 3G253/30/100 and 3G323/40/100 steel bar grating are most often used as the base plate. Then, weld 3mm thick checkered plate upon the steel grating panel. The checker plate thickness also can be 4mm, 5mm. After proper polishing and hot dipped galvanized surface treatment, a good condition compound steel bar grating is produced. In consideration of different working conditions, the dimensions and materials of steel grating and checkered plate can be customized. We can produce carbon steel, stainless steel compound steel grating.
Bearing bar specification:20*3 to 100*6
Bearing bar pitch:12.5,15,25,30,40,60mm etc. also be according to clients requirement and 30,40,60mm are recommended
Cross bar picth:38,50,76,100mm,also be according to clients requiremen and 50,100mm are recommended.
The Maximun length of black panel is 7350mm.
Materials: mild steel or stainless steel.
Surface treatment: untreated, painting or hot dip galvanizing.
Steel grating with America standard can also be fabricated.
