The shuttle rotomolding machine is composed of two moving reels and one oven.
The oven adopts the principle of hot gas upwards. It can be heated by three types of heating materials: liquefied gas, natural gas and diesel.
The oven is highly efficient and energy saving, featuring improved heat cycle, space utilization rate, heating speed of mould, adjustable speed of heat cycle, automatic positioning heating system, heat balance and uniform thickness of product forming wall.
Features:
The oven adopts a circular structure, which makes good use of the inside space and saves energy. It is divided into 4-5 or 6 parts using a fabricated structure. The heating method is based on the principle of hot air rising and provides a faster heating speed with high efficiency and less energy consumption. The burner is imported from Liya Road, brand of Italy. To collect data, the control system adopts a Siemens S7-1200 network cable communication method which reduces issues caused by conventional lines, making it more energy efficient and laid out neatly.
