YINGCHUANG CC-3A-2000 Carousel Rotomolding Machine, Three Arm Rotary Industrial Rotational Molding Equipment For Hollow Plastic Products is a three-station carousel rotary rotomolding machine independently developed and manufactured by Yingchuang Rotomolding. The whole machine adopts 3-arm rotary circulation layout, integrating heating station, cooling station and loading/unloading station on one rotary base, realizing simultaneous heating, cooling and mold feeding & discharging without downtime, which greatly improves the overall production efficiency of medium and small hollow plastic product factories.
This CC-3A-2000 carousel rotomolding machine has compact footprint and moderate effective processing space, compatible with rotomolds for plastic toys, small plastic chairs, small storage containers, miniature equipment housings and other medium-small hollow plastic goods. It is equipped with independent heavy-duty transmission motors for each arm, intelligent separated temperature control system and full safety protection fence. The heating cabin features even hot air circulation, stable temperature control and low operation failure rate, suitable for long-term uninterrupted mass production. We support customized arm load, heating power, cooling mode, PLC control program and auxiliary mold hanging frames according to customer workshop layout and production product types.
