CC-3A-2000 Rotary Carousel Rotomolder, Three Station Synchronous Production Plastic Rotational Molding Equipment is a mature three-station carousel rotational molding machine independently developed and manufactured by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding. The whole machine adopts integrated rotary base + three independent rotating arm structure, with heating station, cooling station and mold loading & unloading station arranged around the turntable. Three stations run synchronously without waiting downtime, which greatly improves continuous production efficiency for factories producing small and medium hollow plastic products.
This CC-3A-2000 rotary carousel rotomolder occupies small workshop area and matches a wide range of medium-small rotomolds, including plastic leisure chairs, hollow plastic toys, mini storage vessels, small equipment housings and other plastic parts. Each rotating arm is equipped with independent high-torque drive motor and speed reducer to guarantee stable rotation without shaking. The heating cabin adopts optimized hot air circulation design with intelligent separate constant temperature control system, uniform heating inside cabin and low failure rate during long-term non-stop operation. We provide full OEM customization services for arm load capacity, heating power, air/water cooling mode, PLC control program and auxiliary mold hanging racks according to customer workshop layout and product processing types.

- Full Safety Protection Frame & Wide Mold Compatibility
Equipped with surrounding metal mesh safety isolation fence to avoid collision safety hazards during operation. Compatible with all types of medium-small hollow plastic product molds.
