Product Overview
YINGCHUANG CS-3A-3500 three arms shuttle rotational molding equipment is a newly upgraded shuttle rotomolding system independently developed by Yingchuang Rotomolding. Adopting three-arm layout, gas heating oven and PLC intelligent control system, the machine realizes continuous automatic heating, rotation and cooling cycles.
This equipment is specially designed for mass production of large hollow PE plastic items, including plastic water tanks, insulated coolers, kayaks, rain barrels, traffic barriers and rotomolded amusement products. We can adjust arm specifications, track length, heating power and auxiliary components according to customers’ workshop layout and production requirements.
