Feeding section

Folding and gluing section

※ Gluing wheel is made of stainless steel which has excellent gluing distribution.

※ Upper press wheel is made of Nylon, high wear-resistant.

※ Gluing wheel positioning is adjusted by electric control.

※ High wear-resistant conveying belt for feeding, can do horizontal movement by electric control.

※ Second-creasing device adopted in front section to ensure easy folding

※ All the rectification wheel is made of Nylon with high wear-resistant

※ All the transmission belt is imported with good quality and high wear-resistant.

Counting and output section

※ PLC and touch screen control, easy to operate. Input the data without stopping, automatic countering and stacking, outputting carton is neat and tidy.

※ Carton stacking and pushing undergo pneumatic control, accurate and reliable

※ Carton shape rectification facility is equipped, which makes the first rectification. Operation crank controls the belt horizontal movement, very easy and saving time.

※ Carton shape rectification flapping and rectification baffle are combined together , which makes the second shape rectification.

※ Two step rectification ensures the carton in good shape, reduce carton waste and saving cost.

※ The pressing wheel is made of polyurethane with flexibility which avoids damage carton when pressing.

※ The extension transmission belt makes good carton gluing by long way carton pressing as well.
