FEATURES

• The steel roller through the balanced treatment and test , match the tight assembling to make higher stability . And adopting the timing belt and tooth type belt driving , make the machine running with higher precision and lower noise.
• Adopting the liquid control system , automatic gluing , and the glue can be cycle used , avoid glue waste and labour strength .
• Self-developed high-strength feeder with high configuration electric system make the machine running stable and lower failure rate, the electric parts adopt international wide available brand or well-known Chinese brand.
• All material are inspected according to ISO-9001 standard and key parts as the harmonic gear and bearings are imported ones .

This machine bottom paper is suitable for A, B , C, D, E, F flute . It can do 3 layer, 5 layer board to sheet laminating or thick board to board laminating . The surface paper need 200-600 GSM . With top paper advance and alignment function .
