his machine is consist of machine frame, pressing frame, electromagnetic clutch transmission and electric control and mechanical counter etc. Motor in the right of machine holder drives the triangular belt to make the main axle rotate, with a pair of oblique tooth gears that drive the connection bar to reciprocate and swing to finish cutting and creasing.

A . Bottom holder section

• Creasing device and cutting knife frame are fasten with pressing board
• Machine frame have parallel guide, pressing frame arc guide reciprocate on it.
• Pressing board equips steel board which make the paper layout
• Press frame equips eccentric gears at the both sides, the distance between machine frame board and pressing frame board by adjust the eccentric gears.
• Empty holder is equipped on the transverse bar which connects with eccentric knot. When the empty holder pull down, the distance between machine frame board and pressing frame board will become big, helpful to reduce the waste.

B . Clutch transmission structure

• Transmission axle equips electromagnetic clutch which close and open to control the transmission axle move
• End of the transmission axle has the square structure, which is convenient for spanner operation to rectify the machine and maintain.

C. Electric control section

Electric control box is on the machine frame, which equips counter, time-delay structure. Operation lever equips the control button: start button, stop button ,die cutting and creasing button.
