SV200 Side Grip Pile Driver with Bidirectional Tilt Driving Head – Ideal for Factories, Bridges & Urban Sites
The SV200 Side Grip Pile Driver is a hydraulic vibratory hammer attachment designed to convert 20–25 ton standard excavators into highly maneuverable piling machines. It is the perfect choice for low headroom environments such as factory renovations, bridge underpasses, tunnel extensions, and urban infrastructure projects. The SV200 integrates four essential capabilities: bidirectional tilt driving head, full 360 degree continuous rotation, low headroom operation capability, and a complete confined space adaptation solution – all in a compact, lightweight package weighing only 2280 kg.
The SV200 features a bidirectional tilt driving head with ±30° tilting in both directions. This allows the operator to drive piles vertically on sloping ground or follow designed batter angles without repositioning the excavator. The hydraulic tilt system provides fine control, making it easy to align sheet piles or H-beams precisely – even on uneven terrain common in India and Russia.
Unlike traditional pile drivers that have limited swing angles, the SV200 offers full 360 degree continuous rotation (unlimited slewing). This eliminates blind spots and enables the operator to position piles exactly where needed, even in tight corners or between existing structures. Combined with the excavator’s boom movement, the SV200 can work around columns, machinery, or bridge piers without moving the base machine.
With an overall height of only 2150 mm and a side-grip clamping design, the SV200 delivers outstanding low headroom operation capability. It can easily operate under 2.5–3 meter ceilings – a common constraint in factory expansions and underground parking construction. The side clamp holds the pile laterally, drastically reducing the vertical clearance required compared to top-mounted vibratory hammers.
The SV200 is engineered as a true confined space adaptation solution. It comes with interchangeable clamp seats (standard interface) that accept steel sheet piles (U/Z types), H-beams up to 300 mm, and circular pipe piles up to 500 mm diameter. The dual clamping system (side clamp + bottom clamp) allows one machine to grip, position, drive, and extract piles without any auxiliary crane or winch. This all-in-one design dramatically improves job site efficiency and safety.

-
Southeast Asia – Urban construction sites often have tight access and low overhead power lines. The SV200’s compact size and 360° rotation make it perfect for drainage projects, dike reinforcement, and residential pile driving. Low noise and optional electric zero-emission operation meet local environmental guidelines.
-
India – Affordable and fuel-efficient, the SV200 works well with widely available 20–25 ton excavators. Its low headroom capability is essential for flyover repair work, metro station extensions, and rural bridge construction where overhead clearance is limited. Low maintenance cost design reduces downtime and spare parts expenses.

Russia – The robust hydraulic system and bidirectional tilt head perform reliably on frozen ground and slopes. The side grip design allows pile driving under existing pipelines or low bridges without special permits. Cold-start capability and high-viscosity fluid tolerance ensure year-round operation.
