Modified bitumen machine (with self heating) components

Mainly including tank (including insulation layer), heating system, bitumen temperature automatic control system, rubber powder feeding system, matrix bitumen injection port, finished pumping system, weighing and measuring system, agitating system, electrical control system, control room and so on.

Modified bitumen machine main function

The modified bitumen machine itself has strong heating capacity and strong agitating ability. Equipped with the rubber powder spiral feeding machine, it is convenient for rubber powder feeding. The modified bitumen machine has the liquid material feeding function. The modified bitumen machine has the weighing measurement function, which can easily grasp the proportion of ingredients. The modified bitumen machine has the function of pumping out the finished product. The modified bitumen machine can meet the production preparation and storage requirements of rubber powder modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt in the case of no thermal oil boiler on site.

Modified bitumen machine main features

1. Heating system

The modified bitumen machine uses 2 burners as the heating source, the tank body has a built-in flame combustion chamber surrounded by a thermal oil jacket layer, and multirow of flue and the thermal oil coils are in the tank. The hot exhaust coming from diesel burning heat the bitumen through the multirow flue, the thermal oil is heated by the flame in the jacket layer, then it is pumped and passed through the thermal oil coil to heat the bitumen, so the two methods including the high temperature flue and the hot thermal oil coil heat the bitumen at the same time.

2. Automatic temperature control system

The start-up and shut of burner is automatically controlled by two temperature controllers, equipped with the bitumen temperature sensor and the thermal oil temperature sensor. When the temperature of the bitumen or thermal oil reaches the upper set limit, the burner automatically stops, when the temperature of the bitumen and the thermal oil is lower than the low set limit, the burner is automatically started.

3. Ingredient weighing system

The modified bitumen machine is equipped with the high-precision weighing sensor. The modified bitumen machine main parts is on the weighing sensor. The weight of the currently added material can be accurately and intuitively displayed on the LCD screen, easy to master the matching accuracy.

4. Rubber powder feeding system

The modified bitumen machine is equipped with 2 rubber powder screw feeders and 2 feeding ports. The rubber powder can be conveniently put into the feeder by hand on the ground.

5. Agitating system

The modified bitumen machine is equipped with 3 sets of high-power special agitators. This agitator is the latest technology of our company. The agitating shaft is installed horizontally. The power shaft is vertical and the stirring motor is installed on the top of the tank. By setting the frequency conversion control, the agitator can be started softy, and the rotation speed of the agitator can be adjusted.
