Introduction
The screw blower is derived from the screw compressor and belongs to the rotary blower as well as roots blower. Although the development of the research of screw blower started late, but because of its characteristics of internal compression, compared with roots blower the screw blower is more stable, energy saving, and with higher efficiency, so in many areas it has been gradually replacing the roots blower.
The air volume of the screw blower is generally not more than 100m3/min, and the air volume can be adjusted between 20-100m3/min through the control of the speed of the frequency conversion system. It is suitable for the occasions with small flow demand, with excellent cost performance ratio in terms of stability within the interval, operating cost and maintenance.
