Introduction
The maglev blower integrates the inverter, high-speed motor, magnetic bearing control system and microprocessor control panel. The blower rotor is placed vertically on the magnetic bearing controller and connected through the turbine magnetic bearing equipment.
Its core technology is magnetic bearing and permanent magnet motor technology. The blower impeller is directly installed on the extension end of the motor shaft, which is directly driven by the high-speed motor without adding speed increaser and coupling, and the motor speed is adjusted by the frequency converter.
The whole fan adopts skid mounted structure, with compact layout and convenient installation.
The impeller is made of high-strength aluminum / titanium alloy. After 100% X-ray inspection and 115% over speed test, the reliable operation of the motor in Colleges and universities is ensured.
The main function of the fan is to realize blowing. With the rotor shaft rotating at high speed, the impeller drives the air and works on the air.
Under the guidance and pressurization of the volute, the air becomes a gas with a certain flow rate and pressure. At last, the air is blown out from the outlet of the volute, so as to let the fan blow and realize the transmission of gas with a certain pressure and flow. In a real sense, it realizes intelligent frequency conversion control, and can be controlled locally and remotely.
Parameters
Currently, our company has various kinds of maglev blowers, which can fully meet the demands of large, medium and small sewage treatment plants. We provide customized products. And the technical parameters are as follows:
- Power: covering 50KW to 1WM, which can meet the needs of different users. It can also realize multi machine linkage control, multiple devices work together, and further improve efficiency.
- Air volume: covering 30m3 / min to 660m3 / min, the air volume is adjustable by frequency conversion, and the air volume adjustment range of single equipment is as high as 50%. It can adjust the air volume for water quality, which is suitable for the current precise aeration system.

Pressure range: covering 40kpa to 150kPa, the pressure can be adjusted by frequency conversion, which can effectively cope with the pressure change caused by the change of water level, make rapid response to the change, and meet the requirements of process conditions with pressure change.

Noise: no more than 85dB, which belongs to the safe noise range that human can bear, and because there is no mechanical friction, the noise comes from the high-speed flow of air, which belongs to high-frequency noise, with short transmission distance and easy to eliminate. The noise can be effectively reduced by the way of pipe coating.

Control mode: local and remote, maglev blower belongs to highly intelligent equipment, with remote monitoring, fault early warning and other functions. In addition to basic local control start stop, data display and other functions, it can also obtain equipment operation data through remote mode, carry out fault early warning, equipment remote start stop and other work, greatly reducing the user's duty workload.
