Description
With integrated technologies of magnetic bearing, high-speed permanent magnet motor and three-dimensional flow impeller, the maglev blower realizes high efficiency, high precision, no friction and full controllable operation by means of adding a magnetic field at both ends of the main shaft of the motor to have the bearing suspended, while saving the traditional gearbox and driver, and directly connecting the impeller to the motor.
At the same time, a permanent magnet is installed on the rotor of the high-speed permanent magnet motor, which makes the three-phase current flow into the stator winding to form a rotating magnetic field and drive the rotor to rotate, so that the rotating speed of the rotor and the magnetic pole is equal, and its three-dimensional flow impeller adopts the full three-dimensional flow backward bending design, with a wide working range.
And maglev blower can not only be used in sewage treatment, but also widely used in thermal power generation, iron and steel metallurgy, paper printing and dyeing, petrochemical industry, food and medicine industries.
Key Components Introduction
- The magnetic bearing is the most important part of the whole machine, which is the active magnetic bearing. Based on the principle of constant magnetic attraction (similar to the German EMS technology adopted by Shanghai maglev train), the high speed and stable non friction suspension rotation of rotating shaft is achieved by electromagnetic attraction. By using position sensor, power amplifier and PI arithmetic device, real-time detection and corresponding adjustment of motor shaft, real-time fault diagnosis are carried out. Its active control ability can effectively prevent the shaft from vibration resulted from the unbalance and implement power-off protection.
- Impeller is made of solid aluminum alloy by CAM technology in CNC center. The impeller is of semi open design, and is directly connected to the motor shaft, while the blade is of three-dimensional shape, which can be optimally configured according to the actual design requirements of the machine.
- Volute and fan outlet are integrated.
- The cooling mode of inverter motor is air cooling. The motor shaft placed vertically is directly connected to impeller and motor cooling fan, and runs through magnetic bearing and frequency converter.
