Introduction
The air suspension blower is suitable for deep aeration in leachate treatment plant. It can perfectly work at a depth of 10 m in the aeration tank without any problem, so it can fully adapt to the general aeration depth of the leachate plant at present.
So far, many leachate treatment plants still use roots blowers,which have the disadvantages of high energy consumption and high maintenance cost. With the air suspension blower technology becoming more and more mature, and the air suspension blower has the advantages of lower energy consumption,lower maintenance cost. Therefore,it is quite urgent to replace the existing roots blower with the air suspension blower for energy saving.

Feature
Air bearing is different from traditional ball bearing. There is no physical contact point between the rotating shaft and the bearing during operation,
Daily maintenance
- To replace the filter cotton at the air inlet and shut down the filter when the pressure difference of the filter screen is close to 3 kPa. Filter cotton can be reused for 2-3 times to reduce the cost of maintenance materials by washing and purging.
- In daily use, the machine can work under most working environments, it doesn’t have high requirements for the working environment, basically as long as the blower room is clean and ventilated.
