With the continuous improvement of global sewage treatment capacity, efficient and energy-saving water treatment equipment has been upgrading from roots blowers to single-stage centrifugal high-speed blowers to maglev blowers nowadays, the innovation and development process of these products shows the urgent demand for energy-saving and environmental protection in the water treatment industry.
Composition
The magnetic suspension centrifugal blower produced by our company is a new type of energy-saving and environmental protection product integrated with active magnetic bearing and permanent magnet synchronous high speed motor. The product consists of active magnetic bearing, three-dimensional flow impeller of fluid dynamics, high-efficiency inverter, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor and control system.

Application effect comparison with roots blower
Taking a municipal sewage plant as an example, the designed daily treatment capacity of the sewage plant is 50000 tons. The biological fluidized bed process is adopted. Four roots blowers are used in the aeration blower of the original biochemical tank, with a single air volume of 58.6m3/min, a pressure of 68.6kpa, a rated power of 132kw and an operating power of 117.3kw. The equipment has been used for many years, with rapid efficiency reduction, high energy consumption, high noise and high maintenance cost. Now, one yg100 maglev blower is used to replace the original four roots blowers, with remarkable results.
- The operation power of Maglev blower is 81.2kw, which saves 36.1kwh/h and 306000 kwh / year compared with the previous equipment. It not only realizes the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction, but also saves a lot of operating costs for the sewage treatment plant.
- Before the reconstruction, the noise of the original roots blower was nearly 120dB, which was too loud, not only made it impossible for the operators to communicate normally, but also damaged the hearing of the human body in such a working environment for a long time. However, after the reconstruction, the noise at the position one meter away from the blower was as low as 85dB, so the noise could be controlled within the acceptable range of the human body, and the normal communication could also be carried out in the blower room Flow provides a good working environment for staff.
- Before the transformation, the original roots blower needs to replace the lubricating oil and bearing regularly, and the leakage of lubricating oil may occur. However, the modified maglev blower does not need to change the bearing and lubricating oil on a regular basis, and only needs to change the filter cotton on a regular basis, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost, thus improving the economic benefits of sewage treatment in the enterprise.
- The maglev blower adopts an integrated skid mounted structure, which can be installed and used only on a horizontal foundation. The whole installation process is only a few hours, simple and easy to operate
- The maglev blower has the function of remote monitoring and fault early warning, which can monitor the operation of the equipment in real time. When there is a problem in the operation of the equipment, the operation and management personnel can find the problem in time, avoid the equipment fault in the first time, and do not need to be on duty, which not only reduces the personnel input of the sewage treatment plant, reduces the cost of manual use, but also reduces the possibility of human operation error, It ensures the safety of equipment and personnel.
It can be seen from the above that the maglev blower has remarkable energy saving and emission reduction capacity in the actual application process, and has the characteristics of convenient maintenance, no need to be on duty, simple operation and low noise pollution.
