Introduction
The air suspension centrifugal blower is a kind of high- tech product for civilian service, with characteristics of high efficiency, reliable operation, low noise, no aid system, supporting a small area, few maintenance work, green and energy- saving.
Air suspension centrifugal blower is a new concept of centrifugal blower, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, low vibration and low wear. It is an environmental protection equipment without cooling system and oil ubrication system. It adopts two breakthrough core technologies of "high-speed direct motor" and "air suspension bearing", which changes the speed gear, coupling, cooling system and oil lubrication system of the traditional single-stage high-speed turbo blower, and greatly improves the technical performance and operation reliability of the product. The equipment system is simplified, the overall dimension of the equipment is reduced, and the output air is oil-free, which is a real oil-free centrifugal blower.
Structure and Characteristics
The air suspension centrifugal blower mainly consists of the following parts:
- High speed direct motor: use high power AIM or BLDC high-speed direct motor, and the maximum speed of motor can reach 200000 rpm. Asynchronous motor is used for less than 150 HP; BLDC motor is used for more than 150 HP. It can improve the technical performance, operation reliability of the equipment and realize energy saving.
- Air suspension bearing: air suspension bearing mainly includes radial bearing, thrust bearing. Before starting, there is contact between the rotating bearing and the bearing. When starting, the rotating shaft and the bearing move relatively, forming a hydrodynamic field. In the radial bearing, the hydrodynamic force forms a buoyancy force, which causes the shaft and the bearing to be eccentric. When the shaft rotates, a fluid pressure field is formed in the radial bearing, which makes the bearing in suspension state without contact, so as to achieve the purpose of free rotation. This bearing oil-free lubrication system has the characteristics of less energy loss and high efficiency.
- Three dimensional simulation turbine impeller: SVS titanium alloy material is used, with strong deformation resistance. The best efficiency angle design is selected, and the efficiency is as high as 88%. The adjustable range of the suspension centrifugal blower is wider by adopting the frequency conversion adjustment mode.
- Air self cooling technology: air self cooling technology is adopted, air flow channel design is reasonable, with motor cooling wing. High power machines above 200 HP are equipped with cooling medium internal circulation system, without additional cooling fan or make-up water. It ensures the reliable performance of the suspension centrifugal blower even in hot summer.
