Our seals are primarily made from High-Grade Nitrile Rubber (NBR) or Polyurethane (PU/AU), chosen for their critical properties:
- NBR (Standard): Excellent resistance to hydraulic oils (mineral & synthetic), good abrasion resistance, wide temperature range (-30°C to +100°C), cost-effective. Ideal for most standard appliCATEEions.
- Polyurethane (Premium): Superior abrasion resistance, higher tensile strength, better extrusion resistance under high pressure/pulse, good oil resistance. Recommended for high-impact, high-pressure breakers or harsh conditions.
The right material ensures longevity, prevents leaks, maintains hammer efficiency, and avoids costly downtime and oil contamination.
We offer a 3 months warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., material flaws, incorrect dimensions) from the date of shipment.
The kit contains all seals required for a full rebuild:
